During our search for a new home we were fortunate to find a home built by Spicer Construction. Spicer's standard features and high standards of construction for exceed the norm. Nathan Spicer stands behind his work, is honest and is very responsive, unlike the contractor we had in Charleston. We have been extremely pleased with our new home and have not had problems with it. I am writing this letter to you because too often in this world, people speak up only when they have nothing but complaints or bad things to say about others. This letter is about my family and our experience with buying a home from Spicer Construction. The two of you have made buying a brand new home a wonderful experience.

My wife first spotted our new home in Quail Creek Subdivision, in Prairieville, LA. She fell in love with it. I told her that I didn't want to rush into this, that I wanted her to pick her three favorite homes and then we would make a decision after that. After looking at all three homes, it was easy to understand why she fell in love with the Spicer home. The home is beautiful and the personal touches that were put in to it made the difference.

From there most builders would have taken the check and run. We've been in our house for almost two years and Nathan and Michelle check on us occasionally. For the first year that we lived in our new home we had a few problems. Problems that occur with almost any new home, but Nathan made them disappear in no time and with professionalism. I have been praising Spicer Construction ever since we moved into our new home and will continue to do so. If I were to build another home, I would without hesitation have Spicer Construction do the work.
